The role of a Senior Project Coordinator is to oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects within a predetermined scope, timeline, and budget. This involves effectively monitoring and presenting project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or team members.

Responsibilities

• Set project timelines and milestones.

• Monitor project deliverables and progress.

• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members.

• Provide coaching and support to project team members as needed.

• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

• Lead and manage all MEP activities across projects, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and ELV systems.

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless integration.

• Ensure compliance with local and international codes and regulations.

• Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations for MEP services.

• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.

• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

• Implement energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions.

• Manage project documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

• 8–10 years of experience in MEP project management.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of green building practices and energy codes is a plus.
