Collaboration Platforms Engineer Position

This is a long-term contract role that offers an exceptional opportunity to drive technology innovation and excellence in collaboration applications.

The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise, strong collaboration skills, and experience in automation, technical design, and ongoing feature changes.

  • 5+ years of technology support experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in administration and implementation of collaboration tools.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and collaboration security frameworks.
  • Experience in building and deploying services using various technologies including Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, and Power Platform.

The successful candidate will oversee the administration and integration of collaboration platforms, work closely with internal and external partners, establish strong relationships with users, and ensure efficient, secure, and practical solutions that deliver engaging productivity experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems.
  • Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes.
  • Ensure system security and respond to failures or performance issues.
  • Produce performance, capacity, availability, and security reports.
  • Write technical documentation and collaborate on ongoing issues and projects.
