Job Opportunity: Data Engineer Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled data engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our enterprise-grade data platforms.

As a senior data engineer, you will be responsible for architecting scalable platforms on AWS and leveraging big data ecosystems for processing. Your expertise in building efficient ETL/ELT workflows using AWS Glue, Airflow, Databricks, StreamSets, and Snowflake will enable us to process large datasets with optimal performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and optimize data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and minimize latency.
  • Architect scalable data platforms on AWS using Redshift, Lambda, S3, Athena, and leverage Spark, Kafka, Hive for processing.
  • Develop robust schemas and ensure compliance with GDPR/HIPAA standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end project solutions.
  • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery standards.

For this role, we require strong experience in data modeling, governance, and compliance. A proven track record in end-to-end project delivery and enterprise data integration is essential.

  • Programming: Python (primary), SQL (expert), Java (good-to-have)
  • Platforms: AWS (Glue, Redshift, RDS, Lambda, S3), Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Kafka

  • Databases: MS SQL Server, MySQL, Hive, HBase
