Enterprise Banking Solutions Delivery Specialist

Our mission is to supply services to Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions for enterprise clients.

As an Enterprise Banking Solutions Delivery Specialist, you will lead client discovery sessions to capture business, functional, and technical requirements.

  • You will translate client needs into actionable delivery plans covering integrations, deployment models, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee solution design and platform assessments ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory alignment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless implementations.
  • Support client integration, UAT, and go-live activities providing guidance on best practices for infrastructure, automation, and security.
  • Manage project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills:

  • 4–7 years of experience in fintech, banking or technology delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms AWS, GCP or Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration Kubernetes, Helm.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code Terraform, Pulumi, logging/monitoring tools ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
