Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with our ServiceNow-driven ecosystem.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical problems, identifying root causes, and providing solutions to customers. This will involve collaborating with global teams to continuously enhance product usability and performance.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of technical issues, from resolving unexpected behaviors to responding to customer inquiries. You will also have the chance to dive deep into the ServiceNow platform, using logs, dev tools, and your expertise to find answers.

  • Must-Have:
  • · 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow (Support, Implementation, or Development)
  • · Knowledge of AngularJS, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML
  • · Basic grasp of OOP principles & SQL
  • · Solid debugging chops – logs, root cause analysis, platform performance
  • · Excellent communication – both spoken and written
  • · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • · Hands-on with ServiceNow UI Components (Client Scripts, UI Policies, Portals, UI Builder)
  • · Familiarity with Virtual Agent, Configurable Workspaces
  • · Experience in SaaS or Web App Support
  • · Knowledge of Incident Management, Knowledge Base, and Escalation Flows
