About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will play a vital role in designing and planning mechanical systems, electrical power and distribution, and plumbing systems for various projects.

  • Design and Planning: You will be responsible for developing comprehensive designs for MEP systems, ensuring seamless integration with overall building designs.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with architects, construction managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure that all MEP systems meet project requirements.
  • System Management: You will oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of equipment and components for all MEP systems, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and industry standards.
  • Efficiency and Sustainability: You will design and optimize systems for energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and minimal environmental impact, aligning with our company's sustainability goals.
  • Documentation: You will prepare and review detailed drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates for all MEP scope of work, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Problem-Solving: You will identify and resolve any issues related to MEP systems during the design, installation, or operational phases, applying your critical thinking skills and expertise.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, power systems, and water distribution, is essential for this role.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage project timelines and resources related to MEP installations is crucial for success.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for critical thinking and resolving complex technical challenges is vital for this position.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in reviewing designs and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance is expected.

Qualification and Experience:
