Job Title: SOC Architect

A leading company seeks a visionary SOC Architect to spearhead their Security Operations Center (SOC) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership for designing, implementing, and maintaining SOC systems.
  • Lead innovation in diverse technical areas to guide and inspire the team.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance security protocols, incident response, and threat detection capabilities.
  • Drive improvements in SOC processes, workflows, and toolsets.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and collaboration within the security team.
  • Oversee R&D efforts to explore innovative security solutions, methodologies, and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10-12 years of extensive experience in SOC operations, security architecture, and design.
  • Hands-on experience with security tools across servers, endpoints, cloud, and network.
  • Strong proficiency in Linux and Windows OS.
  • Understanding of security architectures including Firewalls, DMZ, proxies, DNS, web, and mail servers.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Open and flexible to learning, working, and scaling up to a leadership role.
