IGA Strategist

Seeking a seasoned Identity Governance and Administration Professional to spearhead our global team. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IGA strategies that meet international compliance standards.

• Conduct thorough assessments and create strategic roadmaps to ensure seamless IAM integration and operational excellence.
• Lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of leading IGA platforms such as Saviynt, Veza, and other technologies, focusing on scalable enterprise solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and consultants, fostering skill development and collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Information Security, IT Operations, and Application Development to achieve seamless IGA and IAM integration.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
• Assist in incident response and troubleshooting for IGA and IAM systems, driving continuous improvement in security operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience deploying IGA solutions (Saviynt, Veza, etc.).
• Bachelor s degree in engineering - Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as Java and Python is required.
• Hands-on experience developing API-based connectors for platforms such as Saviynt and Veza is required.
• Proven leadership skills and experience mentoring junior team members.
• Strong international client-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Preferred certifications - Saviynt Certified IGA Professional, CISSP, SailPoint - Identity Security Engineer Certification, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
