Product Manager Position

Zluri is a leading Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform that enables IT and security teams to discover identities and applications, streamline access management, and automate access reviews—all from a single intuitive interface.

This position involves driving the development and success of product launches. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Product Planning and Execution:
    • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development
    • Create, prioritize, and manage product backlogs
    • Write clear, detailed user stories and product requirements
    • Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Security experts to deliver scalable and innovative identity solutions across provisioning, access governance, privileged access, and SaaS identity lifecycle management
    • Collaborate with GTM teams for positioning, messaging, and enablement
    • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders
  • Product Performance Tracking:
    • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned products
    • Analyze product metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Agile Process Management:
    • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
    • Help remove obstacles for the development team
    • Own and drive the IAM and Security product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Zluri's identity platform
    • Conduct deep competitive analysis across global IAM leaders and regional players to identify differentiation opportunities
    • Work closely with customers, prospects, and security practitioners to gather requirements, validate pain points, and deliver features that solve real enterprise IAM challenges
    • Define and track key product success metrics (adoption, retention, security compliance)
    • Be a thought leader representing Zluri in industry forums, customer workshops, and analyst briefings
    Required Qualifications and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
    • 7-10 years of product management experience with at least 2+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM), IGA, or Security SaaS products
