Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Telecaller to promote our products and services, and generate leads through engaging prospective customers over the phone and on social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services, explain features, and answer inquiries.

Manage inbound calls, respond to customer queries, and provide product information.

Utilize social media platforms to engage with potential customers, create brand awareness, and share promotional content.

Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, and respond to comments or messages promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns to drive lead generation and brand visibility.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM software.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services to existing customers during interactions.

Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and provide necessary information for further follow-ups.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.

Demonstrated expertise in using social media platforms for marketing and lead generation.

Proficient in using basic Excel functions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively close leads.

Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for customer engagement and satisfaction.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or a relevant field is preferred.
