As a key member of our global team, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of HCM solutions for our clients.

This role provides product and implementation expertise to configure and test the solution based on client business requirements.

  • Implement end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, etc.)
  • Deliver Oracle Fusion HCM solutions with extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions
  • Perform system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing
  • Guide best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions.
  • Improve processes and recommend innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Have technical experience like data model of HCM Schemas, plsql.
  • Work with technical streams and provide mentorship on integrations, conversions, and reports.
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues/problems.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of functional flows of HRMS Cycles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ Years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspect.
  • Hands-on experience for at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, especially in modules such as Fusion Payroll, Fusion Core HR, Fusion Absences, Fusion Talent Modules, OTL.
  • Familiar with the implementation process and able to provide technical and functional support to end-users.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Oracle certifications are a plus.
