Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished HCM Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud systems and be able to deliver technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop HCM extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems.
  • Design and implement reports using BI Publisher.
  • Perform data conversion using HDL.
  • Develop fast formulas to optimize system performance.
  • Maintain functional understanding of at least two HCM modules, including Core HR.
  • Understand the Redwood framework and Journey configuration.
  • Perform page personalizations and customizations using VBS.
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Provide training and support to business users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a HCM technical consultant.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • HCM Cloud functional certifications are a plus.
