Job Title: Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCM Functional Consultant to lead our implementation and support activities for Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring and maintaining timecard layouts and time attributes, as well as developing and enhancing Fast Formulas (FF) for time, payroll, and validations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive the full project life cycle, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, and deployment.
  2. Configure and maintain time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies, and integrations with HCM.
  3. Develop and enhance integrations with third-party applications and reports and HCM Extracts.
  4. Manage security setup and AORs (Areas of Responsibility).
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR.
  • Expertise in configuring and maintaining timecard layouts and time attributes.
  • Knowledge of Fast Formulas (FF) development and enhancement for time, payroll, and validations.
  • Ability to develop and enhance integrations with third-party applications and reports and HCM Extracts.
  • Strong understanding of security setup and AORs (Areas of Responsibility).
