The Role

We're seeking a Business Risk Manager who will develop sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple teams, analyzing and mitigating technical risks to ensure our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage technical risks, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives.">
  • Support the development and implementation of effective risk management policies and procedures.">
  • Perform regular risk assessments and deep dives to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.">
  • Manage and report on risk incidents, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.">
  • Develop and maintain risk reports and dashboards for executive committees and other stakeholders.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.">
  • Knowledge of Agile and Kanban methodologies, with the ability to adapt messages based on audience and expectations.">
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and colleagues alike.">
