We are expanding our product offerings and user base in India. We seek skilled professionals to develop, enhance, and deploy machine learning models, as well as solve optimization problems.
Machine learning intersects computer science, statistics, operations research, data science, and other disciplines. Our approach emphasizes embedding machine learning into the software development process.
Responsibilities
- Credit Decisions: Understanding and building signals from structured and unstructured data is essential for identifying good borrowers.
- Customer Service: Leveraging machine learning and NLP can automate customer service interactions and provide context to customer support teams.
- Fraud Prevention: Identifying patterns of fraudulent behavior and developing models to detect and prevent these behaviors is crucial.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with policy and product teams to improve processes and break new ground.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building software in a production environment, preferably with startups or early-stage teams.
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and SQL.
- Diverse range of data skills, including experimentation, statistics, and machine learning.
- Understanding of cloud computing infrastructure and data pipelines.
