Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams.
- Help customers develop success plans, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, and provide guidance in achieving these objectives.
- Collaborate with Account management teams to secure contract renewals.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization.
- Lead POCs for upsells and participate in pilot results presentations, QBR's and ABR's with key accounts.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of success in managing major accounts, with technical experience in the cybersecurity field and good analytical and project management skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to make independent decisions is essential. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Essential Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success/project management roles is required.
