Key Responsibilities

The role involves leading retention, cross-sell and upsell initiatives within the Employee Health & Benefits domain.

Key performance indicators include deepening client relationships, enhancing customer lifetime value, and driving business growth through engagement with C-level executives.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies focused on retention, cross-sell and upsell opportunities to ensure consistent revenue flow and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic client engagement, including benefit strategy, employee communication, wellness consulting, and technology enablement.
Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate sales, specializing in retention, cross-selling, and upselling within Employee Health & Benefits and SaaS domains is required.

Proven track record of engaging with CXOs to drive business growth, deepen client relationships, and enhance customer lifetime value is essential.

  • Experienced professional with a strong understanding of Employee Health & Benefits insurance solutions, benefits consulting, technology platforms, and service delivery models in a SaaS-enabled environment.
  • Skilled in developing and executing sales strategies that focus on retention, cross-sell and upsell opportunities to ensure consistent revenue flow and client satisfaction.
  • Strong capability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic client engagement, including benefit strategy, employee communication, wellness consulting, and technology enablement.
