Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager - Data Analytics

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager - Data Analytics to join our team. As a key member of the recruitment function, you will be responsible for managing data science and analytics hiring initiatives to support business growth and future capabilities.

You will develop and implement strategic recruitment plans, working closely with internal stakeholders to source, screen, and hire top talent in the data analytics space. Your expertise will enable us to build a high-performing team that drives business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management: Lead a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  2. Recruitment Deliverables: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent in data analytics, using multiple channels including agencies, job boards, referrals, and campaigns.
  3. Process Adherence and Efficiency: Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and develop checks and balances to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and provide insights to inform recruitment decisions.
  5. Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and develop programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 years of overall experience, with 4+ years of experience in data analytics hiring, particularly in actuarial and catastrophic roles.
  • At least 4 years of team management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for data analytics hiring.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
