Strategic Equity Raising Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading strategic equity fundraising efforts for high-profile clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Market Intelligence and Advisory
    • Monitor global equity markets, regulatory changes, and investor sentiment to inform deal strategy.
    • Advise clients on valuation, equity story development, and competitive positioning.
  • Governance and Compliance
    • Ensure all transactions adhere to relevant regulatory frameworks.
    • Supervise preparation of offer documents, disclosures, and board-level communications.
  • Investor and Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with institutional investors, sovereign funds, banks, and financial institutions.
    • Conduct high-impact roadshows and investor presentations to drive demand and pricing efficiency.
    • Prepare detailed financial models, investor decks, and transaction collaterals for prospective investors and banks.
    • Drive negotiations with investors and ensure closure of terms in favor of the organization.
  • Transaction Oversight
    • Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale equity offerings including IPOs, FPOs, QIPs, rights issues, and private placements.
    • Oversee deal structuring, pricing, syndication, and regulatory compliance.
