Senior Capital Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Capital Strategist with 7-8 years of background in fundraising, capital deployment, and deal execution across private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or capital markets.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong institutional investor relationships and a proven track record of raising and deploying funds in high-growth sectors.

You will play a critical role in sourcing capital, structuring deals, building investor relationships, and ensuring seamless fund deployment, while collaborating with senior leadership to drive the investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end fundraising efforts, including investor targeting, outreach, due diligence coordination, and negotiations.

- Build and maintain a network of investment banks, institutional investors, family offices, and PE/VC funds.

- Drive capital deployment strategy in line with organizational goals, ensuring optimized returns and compliance.

- Prepare investment memoranda, pitch decks, financial models, and market analyses to support fundraising.

- Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct risk assessments, and recommend actionable strategies.

- Collaborate closely with the leadership team on deal sourcing, structuring, and execution.

- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure investor reporting and transparency.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and macroeconomic factors impacting fundraising and capital markets.

Key Requirements:

- 7-8 years of relevant experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or capital markets.

- Strong understanding of financial modeling, deal structuring, and investor relations.

- Proven ability to source and close capital from institutional investors and other funding channels.

- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with demonstrated connections in investment banking/VC/PE ecosystems.

- Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.

- MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent finance qualification preferred.
