About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 7-8 years of experience in strategic fundraising, capital allocation, and deal execution across private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or capital markets. This position is ideal for someone with strong connections in institutional investor networks and a proven track record of securing and deploying funds in high-growth sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage industry expertise to lead end-to-end fundraising efforts, including investor targeting, outreach, due diligence coordination, and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investment banks, institutional investors, family offices, and PE/VC funds.
  • Develop and implement capital deployment strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring optimized returns and compliance.
  • Prepare comprehensive investment memoranda, pitch decks, financial models, and market analyses to support fundraising initiatives.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct thorough risk assessments, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on deal sourcing, structuring, and execution.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and ensure timely investor reporting and transparency.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and macroeconomic factors impacting fundraising and capital markets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 7-8 years of relevant experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or capital markets.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, deal structuring, and investor relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and close capital from institutional investors and other funding channels.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with established connections in investment banking/VC/PE ecosystems.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders.
  • MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent finance qualification preferred.
