About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team of junior staff and contribute to the delivery of projects that drive business growth.

You will be responsible for overseeing the management and scheduling of your team, ensuring timely project delivery, quality, training, development, and wellbeing. You will also collaborate with other disciplines to deliver project requirements and work independently to complete allocated activities to meet budget, timeframe, and quality objectives.

As a senior member of our team, you will manage small projects, provide training, and lead others as a recognized expert in your field. You will develop effective materials for clients, making sure their messages are clearly conveyed through the appropriate channel, using language suitable for the intended audience.

In addition to your technical skills, you will provide administrative support for projects, assist in budget implementation, forecasts, resourcing, timesheet management, and oversee team utilization.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced professional who has a bachelor's or master's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field. You should have at least 8 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.

You should also have experience in architecting large-scale Power Apps, model-driven apps, and thorough understanding of advanced concepts like customizations, security, and deployments using pipelines. Additionally, you should have experience in developing and maintaining low-code/no-code solutions like Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, etc.

A Microsoft Certified Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) certification is preferred, and you should have experience with software deployment project lifecycle phases, including requirements gathering, planning, testing, delivery, enhancements, and support. Experience with SQL, MS-SQL Server, or other relational databases is an added advantage.

You should have exceptional communication skills and fluency in English (professional level) and be able to handle client feedback by establishing effective communication with them.
