We seek an experienced Technical Architect to join our global delivery model as part of a new Mumbai office.

This role will involve collaborating with senior architects/project leaders on design development, BIM-based documentation, and construction detailing. You will also support projects in India and contribute to international assignments across Europe and Latin America.

You will gain structured exposure to global workflows, quality assurance standards, and multi-disciplinary coordination. Depending on your seniority, you may lead or significantly contribute to the planning, design, detailing, and documentation of architectural projects.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with global teams using BIM/Revit platforms, ensuring compliance with Indian codes, local bylaws, and global best practices, participating in client meetings, preparing design presentations, drawings, and reports, supervising and mentoring junior team members, overseeing construction documentation, and collaborating with contractors/consultants during execution phases.

  • Demonstrated Revit proficiency is essential, along with experience across at least two project stages and exposure to commercial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodology, detailing, and Indian building codes is required.
  • Senior candidates should have proven ability to manage deliverables, coordinate teams, and engage with clients.
