Social Media Content Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across multiple platforms, tailored to service-based audiences.

  • Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging content that resonates with each platform's unique tone and style.
  • Manage end-to-end content calendars, ensuring seamless execution across channels.
  • Build and scale a creator and influencer ecosystem to amplify brand messaging.
  • Craft messaging for key moments and events in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize content formats, frequency, and messaging.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Consistent growth in followers, reach, and engagement across key channels.
  • High-performing content formats with strong save/share ratios.
  • Successful creator collaborations that drive brand awareness, user-generated content, and lead generation.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of proven experience as a content creator, social strategist, or hybrid role.
  • Solid understanding of content formats that work for service-based brands.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute brand stories visually and tonally.
  • Proven success in building social media growth from scratch or scale.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, trends, and platform-native behaviors.
  • Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, or user-generated content producers.
  • Great creative instincts, smart, sharp, and on-brand.
  • Self-starter energy with strong creative and analytical thinking.
