Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic
Social Media Content Creator
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, producing, and publishing engaging content across multiple social media platforms to grow our online presence, enhance brand awareness, and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, brand goals, and current trends.
  • Create engaging, high-quality multimedia content (images, videos, reels, graphics, carousels, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Threads.
  • Write compelling and brand-aligned captions, hashtags, and copy for posts.
  • Monitor social trends, memes, and news to develop timely and relevant content.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
  • Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships.
  • Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms and content formats.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, trends, and branding.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
