We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, researching issues and providing effective solutions and alternatives within set time limits.
  • Escalate complex customer service issues as necessary and work closely with internal teams to resolve problems.
  • Update and process information accurately into case management systems and spreadsheets.
  • Provide support to other teams as required and participate in cross-functional projects.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong phone handling and email writing skills, with the ability to actively listen and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data and diagnose issues.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
