Job Title: Customer Support Associate (Fresher) Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates. As a Fresher Customer Support Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and providing effective resolutions to customer queries and concerns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain product knowledge and accurately document customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective resolutions.
- Achieve performance targets and adhere to company procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.(Fresher's only)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and adaptability to flexible shifts.
- Prior customer support experience preferred but not required.
