Job Summary:

This role involves working in the International Tax team, assisting clients with varied corporate tax issues and providing tax advisory services.

">

The ideal candidate will have experience in Direct Tax - Income Tax & DTAAs, International Tax, and a strong understanding of FEMA & Corporate Law.

">

Key responsibilities include taking responsibility for client engagements and assignments, handling client engagements end-to-end related to Direct Tax Laws, analyzing and interpreting provisions under the Income Tax Act and international tax laws, drafting submissions for tax assessments and appeals, and maintaining open litigation and tax risks analysis.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and numerical skills, good interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude and self-motivation.

Requirements:

  1. Qualified chartered accountants with experience in Direct Tax - Income Tax & DTAAs, International Tax">
  2. Working knowledge of FEMA & Corporate Law">
  3. Willingsness of handling tax office matters">
  4. Work experience of minimum 3-5 years post qualification">
