We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, suggesting data-driven improvements where necessary.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors to support campaign delivery.
  • Manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to optimize lead management and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing tools, platforms, and trends to enhance effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and campaign management principles.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and technologies.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audience needs.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO and SEM.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team environment.
