Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Social Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for all paid social channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for all paid social channels (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter)
  • Perform in-depth analysis and make recommendations on budget allocation across channels, devices, and campaigns
  • Drive App acquisition campaign improvement and ensure performance against monthly targets
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and creative ideas based on commercial KPIs, customer insights, and competitive analysis
  • Own the full project and campaign lifecycle, ensuring high quality delivery and KPI achievement through cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams and provide guidance on executing local tactics

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing paid social advertising campaigns
  • Experience managing campaigns for at least 2 of the following channels: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter
  • Strong App acquisition expertise and full-funnel marketing experience
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to break down complex problems into actionable roadmaps
  • Analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing regulations, policies, and best practices
