ERP Sales and Distribution Expert

This is a challenging role that demands deep expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in project execution across multiple modules, including Sales Order Management (O2C), Purchase Order Processing (P2P), Inventory Management, Advanced Pricing and Preferences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement JDE processes for divestiture scenarios including customer/supplier master segregation, order closure, and data handover.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and ensure compliance with business and legal requirements.
Sales & Distribution Expertise:
  • Configure and support modules such as:
  • Sales Order Management (O2C)
  • Purchase Order Processing (P2P)
  • Inventory Management
  • Advanced Pricing and Preferences
  • Handle intercompany transactions (ST-OT, SK-OK, SD-OD), returns, and transfer orders.
Integration & Data Migration:
  • Lead data migration efforts for customer/supplier records and transactional history.
  • Ensure seamless integration with Finance modules and third-party systems.
Documentation & Testing:
  • Prepare AS-IS/TO-BE process documents, functional specs, test scenarios, and training materials.
  • Conduct CRP, UAT, and post-Go-Live support.
Compliance & Reporting:
  • Implement SOX-compliant controls and audit readiness.
  • Support EDI inbound/outbound processes for different interfaces.
