Accounting Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our accounting operations, managing financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and audits.

  • Finalize accounts and prepare financial statements including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (AS) applicable to private limited companies in India.
  • Handle the complete accounting process from journal entries to ledger scrutiny and reconciliation.
  • Oversee Goods and Services Tax (GST) computations and compliances.
  • Conduct periodic internal audits and assist in statutory audit processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (AS), Companies Act, Income Tax, and GST, as well as experience with accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Finalize accounts and prepare financial statements including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (AS) applicable to private limited companies in India.
  • Accounting Process: Handle the complete accounting process from journal entries to ledger scrutiny and reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification with 34 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (AS), Companies Act, Income Tax, and GST, as well as experience with accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
