Job Description

Senior Business Analysts play a crucial role in the successful delivery of consulting engagements. They work closely with client stakeholders and business users, as well as cross-functional delivery teams, to gather and document solution requirements.

  • Conducting one-on-one or small group interview sessions to gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements.
  • Providing analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting e-commerce system requirements and procedures that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Consulting with client stakeholders and business users on omni-channel-specific business topics, including product catalog modeling, inventory management, customer service, b2b customer management, b2b procurement, demand generation, promotion strategy, cross-channel commerce, and more.
  • Developing user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope to clients and delivery team members.
  • Working with other project delivery team members to resolve business or systems issues.
  • Collecting and manipulating product catalogue data from client business users and performing product data imports into eCommerce systems.

Solution-driven Senior Business Analysts must possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They should have hands-on experience in general IT business analysis, particularly in the E-Commerce domain, and a concrete understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework. Additionally, they should be able to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
