Job Description

The role of a Customer Relationship Executive Travel is to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with travel packages, bookings, and services.

Key responsibilities include handling customer queries, building trust through timely and accurate information, and resolving complaints or issues efficiently. The executive will work closely with sales, operations, and tour management teams to guarantee seamless delivery of services.

Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system is crucial for continuous improvement and growth.

To excel in this position, you must possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in handling client queries and resolving complaints effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Patient, empathetic, and positive attitude towards customer service
  • Prior experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors

Preferred Background
