Procurement and Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Procurement and Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative duties: office management, correspondence, filing, and other related tasks.
  • Procurement tasks: sourcing, purchasing, and contract management.
  • Travel desk tasks: coordinating travel arrangements for employees and guests.
Requirements:
  • Graduation in Arts or Commerce with 2+ years of experience in administration and procurement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and computer applications.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
Desirable Skills:
  • Trade-based knowledge such as electrical, plumbing, or civil work-related certifications or experience.
Working Style:
  • Team player with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to be available on call when necessary.
