Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary Visual Design Leader to drive the creation of our brand's visual identity and lead a small creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing social media campaigns, emailers, presentations, and marketing materials that enhance our brand presence and deliver business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand visual strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Lead and mentor a creative team to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Design and oversee the development of social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create storytelling-driven campaigns that achieve business objectives.
  • Build and optimize creative processes and workflows for efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and tools, bringing innovation to campaigns.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire breakthrough creative ideas.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of relevant creative experience in a brand or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
  • Understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, emailers, and marketing assets.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative problem-solver, high on EQ.
