Job Title: Graphic Designer Manager

Lead a team of creative professionals in designing engaging visual experiences for various digital platforms.

  • Develop and implement design strategies to enhance the user interface and overall brand identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
  • Mentor junior designers to enhance their skills and knowledge in graphic design principles, UX interaction, and visual storytelling.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Design degree or equivalent experience in eLearning and advertising.
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, UX interaction, and graphic design styles.
  • Experience working on eLearning projects from conception to production, including rapid authoring tools.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, and MS Office tools.
