Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP B1 finance expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience and at least 1-2 complete SAP-B1 implementation cycles, preferably in manufacturing or trading.

The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements. This includes configuration of modules such as finance, sales, and inventory, alignment with development teams, and customization of workflows to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementation & Optimization
    • Oversight of end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.
    • Configuration of modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) – alignment with development teams and customization of workflows to meet business needs.
  • Techno-Functional Leadership
    • Bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
    • Translation of business requirements into functional specifications and oversight of their technical implementation.
  • Process Improvement & Automation
    • Identification of opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems.
    • Implementation of best practices.
  • System Integrations
    • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).
  • Ownership & Mentorship
    • Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks.
    • Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting, Support & Documentation
    • Oversight of debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues.
    • Development and maintenance of documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.

Selected candidates will report to the Lead Consultant and Finance Head, working on a permanent, full-time basis as part of the IT and business team. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with industry standards.
