About This Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our microcontroller strategy. Your expertise in product marketing and strong understanding of the automotive microcontroller market will be crucial in identifying business opportunities and creating value propositions that drive revenue growth.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong track record in product or application marketing, business development, or application engineering. You should have a thorough understanding of microcontrollers within automotive applications and excellent communication skills to collaborate closely with all levels in a global matrix environment.

  • Technical Skills:
  • A university master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or Economics
  • At least 5 years of experience in product or application marketing, business development, or application engineering for microcontrollers
  • Strong emphasis on roadmap execution, winning projects, and driving revenue
  • International networking skills and the willingness to travel
  • Cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills
  • Fluent English skills
