Job Title: Global Business Manager

Job Summary: A seasoned professional with a strong background in finance and project management is sought after to lead Finance Transformation projects. This individual should possess expertise in consulting, business process improvement, and team management.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale Finance Transformation initiatives focusing on operational efficiency.
  • Develop strategic plans for business process enhancement and transformation.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Design end-to-end transition processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12+ years of relevant work experience in consulting or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of the finance domain and financial services sector.
  • Expertise in one or more specific GBS topics such as operating model design, service management, and performance management.
  • CA or MBA (Finance) degree required.
  • Other professional degrees like CPA, CFA, or CMA can be considered based on relevant work experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • IT system expertise including SAP, TPA, Service Now, and Success Factors.
  • Project management skills.
  • Exposure to tools like ERP, HFM, Visio, and ARIS.
