Job Description
You will work closely with senior-level executives to negotiate complex deals and establish long-term relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on end-to-end sales of vacant properties to prospective tenant leads.
Responsibilities
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by successfully creating business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Client Relationships: Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Negotiations: Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives to close deals.
- Database Management: Maintain and update databases of daily activities as per company standards.
- Broker Network: Expand the offline broker network and maintain healthy relations to facilitate swift deal closing.
- Service Standards: Develop and implement service standards in line with company policies to enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You should also be proficient in database management and have a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Estimated Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month, depending on your level of experience and performance. We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
