
Market Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Market Development: Develop and execute business planning for MT channels, implement plans for increasing market share through brand awareness and advertisements, map opportunity markets, and identify relevant tea category products through data mining.
- Sales & Channel Management: Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, achieve sales targets, and ensure consistent growth in the MT segment.
- Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Develop and manage relationships with Modern Trade clients, vendors, and business partners, negotiate contracts, terminate existing contracts when necessary, and coordinate MT partners to ensure timely arrivals without delays.
- Marketing & Brand Development: Implement brand awareness campaigns and product launches in MT channels, collaborate with marketing teams to drive advertising and promotional activities.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial reports detailing sales performance, ROI, and profit margins, analyze market trends and customer data to inform business decisions, and manage inventory levels.
