  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution and identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customer accounts through excellent communication skills.
  • Manage high-volume inbound calls and provide accurate information using the right methods and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduates from any stream with 0-2 years of experience in customer service or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi are mandatory.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, and ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
