Site Reliability Expert

We're on the lookout for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Site Reliability Expert. As part of our digital backbone, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless experiences for millions of customers.
Our mission is clear: reduce incidents, automate processes, and drive innovation. You'll be responsible for building tools, pipelines, and scripts that eliminate manual effort and enable rapid, secure deployments.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA), drive corrective and preventive actions, and prioritize improvements in the SRE backlog.
- Optimize performance by applying programming and scripting expertise (Python, Bash, etc.) Stay ahead of new technologies, adapt quickly, and help shape the future of our IT systems.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Experience: 3–5 years in operations, DevOps, or software engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting, automation, and customer support.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, or similar programming languages.
- Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Hands-on experience designing & maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Azure Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or Microsoft Cloud Certified – Professional DevOps Engineer. Experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, or other monitoring/APM tools.
