Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to support our lending team in the US. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with underwriting, credit analysis, and transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft comprehensive credit memos for transactions, providing clear and accurate analysis.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze loan term sheets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough financial and credit analysis to inform underwriting decisions.
  • Identify and assess risks, providing recommendations to mitigate them effectively.
  • Collaborate with the lending team to ensure timely and efficient deal execution.
  • Maintain attention to detail while working on multiple transactions simultaneously.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in credit analysis or underwriting with financial institutions, lenders, or investment managers.
  • Prior experience in investor relations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with real estate debt is highly preferred.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.

Work Environment

  • Full-time remote position.
  • Must align with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours.
