Senior Visual Merchandiser

As a Visual Merchandising Professional, you will be responsible for bringing our brand to life through creative and effective visual merchandising strategies.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and commercial context. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, materials, fabrics, and styles.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting the specific needs of our customers. Apply company-approved customer service methods to ensure a positive experience.
- Visual Merchandise: Utilize visual merchandising techniques to create engaging and impactful store displays. Analyze and improve product display and store image, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Product Reception: Effectively manage the product delivery process, including replenishment procedures. Ensure seamless communication with the product department.
- Team Management and Development: Lead a team of visual merchandisers, guiding and training them to perform their duties efficiently.
- Loss Prevention: Collaborate with the loss prevention team to implement security procedures, reducing inventory loss rates.
- Stock Management: Implement stock room organization procedures and utilize available tools to maintain accurate stock rotation.
