We are seeking an experienced Merchandise Manager to oversee the merchandising process from inquiry to final shipment. This role requires a strong understanding of garment manufacturing, production timelines, buyer communication, and product development.

This includes managing time and action (TNA) calendars for each order, coordinating with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of trims and fabrics, monitoring order status, production progress, and delivery timelines to avoid delays, and preparing costing sheets and negotiating prices with buyers and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, textile engineering, apparel manufacturing, or related field, and possess excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with ERP/MIS systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as primary point of contact between buyers and internal teams.
    • Understand buyer requirements, develop samples, and ensure timely approvals.
    • Manage TNA calendars for each order.
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of trims and fabrics.
    • Monitor order status, production progress, and delivery timelines to avoid delays.
    • Prepare costing sheets and negotiate prices with buyers and suppliers.
    • Manage buyer communications regarding order updates, changes, and queries.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, pricing, and buyer expectations.
    • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
    • Ensure adherence to quality standards and buyer compliance requirements.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or related field.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with ERP/MIS systems.
