Key responsibilities include defining and executing visual strategies, leading and mentoring designers, owning creative direction, collaborating with cross-functional teams, setting quality standards, providing feedback, managing project timelines, applying digital design best practices, and staying updated on design trends.

  • Creative Direction: Define and execute visual strategies across storefronts, campaigns, and marketing assets.
  • Design Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of designers to deliver high-quality, user-centric, conversion-driven creatives.
  • Project Management: Own end-to-end creative direction—from concept to final delivery—ensuring alignment with brand identity and business goals.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including category, brand, copy, and marketing to translate briefs into impactful design solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Set and uphold high standards for visual and UX quality across all touchpoints.
  • Feedback: Provide clear, actionable feedback to the team to drive design excellence and professional growth.
  • Timely Delivery: Manage project timelines and workflows to ensure timely, error-free delivery of assets.
  • Digital Best Practices: Apply digital design best practices and maintain consistency across channels and device formats.
  • A/B Testing: Support A/B testing initiatives by developing visual variations, tracking performance, and incorporating insights into future designs.

The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience, knowledge of Adobe design programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
