Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our team in shaping the future of e-commerce. You will be responsible for driving impactful creatives that deliver real results, leveraging user insights and AI-powered tools to drive performance.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in creative leadership, with a proven track record of mentoring teams and building high-collaboration environments. They will be comfortable working with AI-powered creative tools and workflows, and have a hunger to innovate, simplify, and scale creative thinking in a fast-paced setup.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Creative Leadership: Lead campaigns across brand, performance, and integrated comms, shape the creative brief in collaboration with stakeholders, and mentor design, copy, and video teams.
  • Narrative Craft & Format Thinking: Create emotionally intelligent storytelling reflecting user aspirations and brand values, guide teams to crack platform-first formats, and create content that moves business.
  • Cultural Fluency: Understand regional and behavioral nuances across the cultural landscape of tier 24 India, conduct user research, and translate insights into conversion.
