Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managed approvals and enlistments with design engineering consultants, MEP consultants, architects, government departments, public sector units, builders & developers for various types of cables and wires.
  • Provided technical support, conducted lead generation, presentations, and negotiations; facilitated bid clarifications and analyzed competitive product offerings.
  • Prepared required documents and company credentials, and provided technical support to consultants/end clients regarding specifications, standards, and compliance.
  • Generated leads, validated them from various sources/sales team, and collaborated with sales personnel to convert them into successful sales.
  • Conducted factory visits for consultants/end clients to ensure make approvals for their ongoing/upcoming projects. Lead product presentations, seminars, and training sessions for consultants/clients.
  • Coordinated all pre- and post-bid techno-commercial clarifications with consultants/clients.
  • Negotiated and discussed technical and commercial aspects with clients/consultants.
  • Worked on GEM, and other vendor portals.
  • Analyzed competitive product offerings in terms of features and prices.
